Purpose-built and acoustically treated, our studio pairs a professional control room with an isolated live room — so artists can write, track and mix surrounded by nothing but open country. Come for a day session or settle in for a full creative residency.
Built on two centuries of stone.
Our new lodge rises on the footprint of a 200-year-old homestead that has stood on this land since the 1800s — hand-laid sandstone walls, a corrugated roof, and a deep, shaded stoep facing the valley. Its proportions, materials and quiet craft are the blueprint for everything we're building now: the old stone reborn, never erased.
Stories etched in stone, 2,000 years deep.
The valley holds rock art left by the people who walked this land two millennia ago — ochre figures and markings still vivid on the stone. We protect these panels as a living part of the farm, and share them with guests on quiet, guided walks.
