01
Enquiries and booking requests
Sending a form or receiving an acknowledgement records your request. It does not confirm availability or create a confirmed reservation. The team will check your dates, accommodation and any requested activities, then provide a written response.
Please check the names, dates, guest numbers and services in your quote. Tell us about any errors before accepting it.
02
Your written booking offer
Your written quote or booking offer should set out the accommodation or service, dates, guest numbers, included items, total price, required payments and applicable cancellation conditions. Ask us to clarify anything missing before you pay or accept.
Website estimates and draft promotional material do not replace the specific offer for your booking. A reservation is confirmed when the team issues written confirmation and any requirements stated in that offer have been met.
03
Payments and payment safety
Use the amount, reference and payment instructions in your written quote or invoice. A website estimate is not a request to make payment. Keep your payment receipt and booking reference.
If you receive unexpected payment instructions or a request to change bank details, verify it with the team using a contact channel you already know before paying. Do not send card details or banking passwords through an enquiry form or by email.
04
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact bookings@tirovalley.africa as soon as you need to change or cancel a booking. Include your reference, booking dates and the change you are requesting. A requested date change remains subject to availability and written confirmation.
Check the cancellation and refund conditions supplied with your booking offer. This page does not set a blanket cancellation fee, non-refundable deposit or fixed refund deadline. Ask for the applicable conditions before accepting the offer.
Your rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected. Booking-specific conditions cannot remove rights that the law protects. See the Consumer Protection Act for the statutory framework.
05
Planning your visit
Confirm arrival arrangements, check-in and check-out times, accessibility needs and any activity requirements directly with the team. Do not assume that a facility, activity or opening date shown in a development update is available for your visit.
Follow the site and activity instructions provided for your booking. Please discuss any needs that could affect your stay with the team in advance, sharing only the information needed to arrange your visit.
